In contemporary society, because of a variety of products in large mechanized manufacturing, that the traditional handwork has gradually disappeared with the generations.
This work attempts to traditional mortise techniques chair to metaphor for a living form. To insert the Mechanize metal chair into the chair surface. The chairs with symbol of life
has begun feel pain and bounce. While the metal legs replaced the original Legs, it means the Mechanized production has pressurized the traditional manual production. It also means the new generation trend is overwhelming.

Bamboo bents, as half of support, Black iron with steel wires, as other half of support.This work attempts to create a balanced proportion of natural and artificial, but also as a symbol of modern and traditional conjoint. Extending the concept of to do, using the reverse material, caused it from stiff to meticulous, turn it from soft to steely.
